I was not going to do any online workshops but the deeper we go into this pandemic, and lockdown the more I am hearing the need for help in managing anxiety.
I have lived with anxiety for most of my life and it is a life long job to keep it managed. Of couse we need anxiety to help motivate us, to pump the adrenaline to get us going but when it is constant and we can’t switch off, it is time to get help.
I have learned that this modern world lives and works from the mind and encourages us to get more and more anxious. I am here to tell you there is another way and I want to share what I do personally, and what hundreds of client have found useful when managing their anxiety.
This workshop is for you, if you:
- are feeling overwhelmed with being in lockdown or when you think of the pandemic
- you have a constant knot in your stomack or a feeling of dread
- you feel panicky most of the time
The workshop will consist of:
- a presentation
- journal prompts and
- time for a group discussion
The first date this workshop will be run will be on 27th February for 2 hours.
